Our fulfillment location is in United States. In order to give acceptable rates to customers we require to use reshippers and operate in a bi-weekly shipping and packing schedule (sometimes with delays of up to a week extra). If you order has been marked as complete it may ship out a week later so make sure to keep that in mind and keep up with tracking afterwards. You will get an email from ‘Pirate Ship’ when your order has been shipped with tracking info.
